  Chocolate, chocolate chocolate I love youuu:) 
I've eaten these perfect cookies at my dearest friend Özlem's (Özlem Ubaid) home.They are as soft as a chocolate cake but in the shape of a cookie.

   I very much like them.Lots of chocolate and lots of nuts inside...These cookies are a go-to favorite dessert or after school treat...Once you try, it will be hard to stop!

Yield: 48-50 servings (1 cookie per serving:)

 1 cup packed brown sugar
3/4 cup sugar
1 cup butter (225 gr) softened 
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 eggs
2 1/4 cups all -purpose flour
1/2 cup unsweetened  cocoa powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 package (8 oz) semi-sweet baking chocolate, cut into small chunks
1 jar (3 1/2 oz.) macadamia nuts (or nuts) coarsely chopped

1- Place brown sugar, sugar,butter, vanilla extract and eggs in mixer bowl and mix them about 2 minutes.

2- Mix flour, cocoa powder, baking soda and salt.Add them to the mixture above.Mix about 1 minute.

3- Drop by rounded teaspoonfuls onto greased baking sheets, about 2 inches apart.Bake at 325 F (170 C) for 12-13 minutes, or until edges are set.Do not OVERBAKE.
Cool on baking sheets about one minute.Remove to wire racks and cool completely.
